Our Initial meeting is complimentary.

• Photograph current home.
  
• Measure furniture and design a furniture layout.
  
• Schedule and manage all aspects of downsizing and moving.
  
• Sort and help you decide what to keep, give away, donate, sell or throw away.
  
• Recommend charities, antique dealers, estate liquidators, auctions, eBay sellers.
  
• Pack and ship designated items to loved ones; shipping and packing materials at cost.
  
• Handle all address changes, utilities and newspapers.
  
• Memory placement: arrange new home in a familiar pattern using digital photos.
  
• Recommend mover or work with yours.
  
• Label all items to be moved by room.
  
• Meet and direct movers on moving day.
  
• Supervise furniture placement.
  
• Unpack, make beds, hang clothing, hang shower curtain, plug-in lamps, set-up phones, TVs (basic only), and clocks and remove packing materials.
  
• Remove all boxes & packing materials.
  
• Hang artwork, and arrange accessories.
